Our Terms and Conditions - please read these before you make your purchase from our site. By placing an order we will assume that you have read and understood them.
Orders over £20 will be shipped by special delivery. Orders under £20 will be shipped by regular Royal Mail delivery. If your order is under £20 but you would like it to be sent by special delivery please email us to arrange additional payment.
When we receive your order we will email you to acknowledge this.
When we have despatched your order we will email you to tell you that it has been sent.
If there are any delays with your order we will email you to inform you of this.
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We will make every effort to keep the site fully updated with new products and removing any we are unable to provide. As items are handmade and may be one offs we will remove any item as soon as possible if it becomes unavailable. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will notify you and give you the option of selecting another item or we will fully refund the product.
Prices and availability are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Payment will be debited from your account before your order is despatched. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep your information secure. However, if we are not negligent, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer, if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.
In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us by email - info@alliumonline.com In the case of damaged good please retain the product and contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Returns - good may be returned within 14 working days from receipt for a full refund providing that all goods are carefully repackaged and returned to us in their original packaging and in resaleable condition. You must email us to obtain an authorisation code for your return.
You should obtain and keep proof of posting when returning items, as they remain your responsibility until we have received them. In the event that the goods are not in resaleable condition we reserve the right not to provide a refund and you will be responsible for the cost of such goods being returned to you, within 28 days of our notification.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
We will only ever use the information we have about you lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We request your name and address to enable us to send your items and to provide an efficient after sales service. We WILL NOT pass your name and address to ANY third parties. When you make a purchase you will be added to a customer database so that we can send you updates on our items. If you would prefer not to receive this please just let us know and we will remove your details from our database.
We will not hold your credit/ debit card details.
